Delacroix22 is an up-and-coming content creator and Twitch streamer, and one of the best Hunt: Showdown streamers in the world.  Originally from Italy, Dela currently lives in Germany and streams full time, including curating his YouTube channel, DelacroixGaming.  We talk about his life growing up in Sardinia, Italy, getting into games, becoming a streamer, and the ins-and-outs of Twitch.  We also discuss food, relationships, the loss of empathy in the world, and the nuance of morality.  We also go over some Sardinian curses!  A great talk with a truly interesting guy.  Enjoy!

This episode's guests, Clayton Romero and Brandon Duke, are the owners of Novis Opera and the creators of Garfield's Crossing, a large project that began as writing and curating short stories set around a fictional town in North Georgia.  It has grown into a large creative universe with many writers and contributors and is in the process of converting their written stories into fully-produced and voice-acted audio plays.  They also have a current Kickstarter campaign to help fund their productions.  We discuss creating a fictional universe, writing, dealing with creatives, and independently funding these kinds of efforts.  Enjoy!

Brian Gerrity is the Senior Associate Athletic Director and Executive Director of the Mercer Athletic Foundation at Mercer University.  He joined the team at Mercer just as the University was re-instating a Division I football program and committing to a renewed focus on athletics.  His achievements in fundraising and donor building have earned him praise within both the local and national athletic communities, as well as leading to him writing a book on developing programs for mid-major athletics, which is now being used in some graduate programs as a teaching text around the country.  We discuss his experience coming from Maine to Georgia, working on building an athletics fundraising program, what it's like to be a student-athlete, and meeting his now-wife in snowy Maine.  Enjoy!
